Preorder Policy

All PoleGates products may be offered as preorder items.

You may request a cancellation and full refund before your order has shipped.

Once a preorder has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
